Summary of Dues Changes Pursuant to a vote of the
Membership on July 12, 2005 the fee structure for membership changed:

Additionally, it has been decided by the Board of Directors that the membership and invoicing term
will be changed to a calendar year
cycle beginning in 2007: January 1st through December 31st.
All existing Members will be invoiced on September 1st, 2007 for the 2008
calendar year. Dues are considered to be past-due on December 31st.
New members will be invoiced pro-rated based on their join month.
