He attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, and now seeks to provide affordable gourmet catering services and solutions to customers all over the great state of Alaska. Chef Ervin works in concert with a talented team to create an exceptional array of mouthwatering entrees and desserts and is attuned to the constantly evolving taste and trends in food and presentation.
